Humble Heart Linkages Services, Inc is a 501(c)3 nonprofit Community Based Organization. We are focused on improving social conditions by promoting health, wellness, and advocacy through programming and community engagement. Our health, wellness, and advocacy efforts are centered on empowering people about the importance of prevention and intervention practice. We strive to influence people to take action in decreasing the chances of getting a disease or condition. We have the support and guidance for people who are struggling to manage a disease or condition. We take the time to care for the Health and the Hearts of people.

We are committed to promoting healthy lifestyles, promoting awareness, and preventing illness and disease.
