" Tales of a Caregiver:  The purpose of this session will aim to address - "Help Me See My Aging Loved One Through Their Eyes"

All too often we have heard the tale of "once an adult, twice a child."  It is a joy to share aging moments with our aging loved ones.  Elders are time machines that take us back to a simplistic visual of living life without the hustle and hassle of having to keep up with all the modern affairs of this world.  Elders are able to take us into a time interval when conversation was fruitful and full of wisdom and strategy to navigate life.  

As a matter of fact, we will soon travel and experience their same journey of aging gracefully. But, there comes a time when our loved ones age and assistance is needed for their mere activities of daily living.  So many questions arise during this turning table of life. We must find compassion and kindness for our loved ones and most importantly ourselves.
